Nuestros pequeños-grandes deportistas: Telmo, Alba and Mikel

Hoy vamos a conocer a un grupo de alumnos del colegio para los que el deporte ocupa un lugar muy importante en su día a día. Hacer algo que nos gusta, saludable y rodeados de aquellas personas que nos hacen sentir bien... ¡esos son los fundamentos del deporte!

¡Hola! Me llamo Telmo y vivo en una familia muy deportista. Me empecé a interesar por el deporte cuando tenía 5 años. Iba con mi padre y mis perros a correr al monte. A los 6 años dejé de correr y me pasé a la bicicleta de montaña. Dos años después, comencé a jugar a fútbol pero no me gustó mucho porque yo busco pasármelo bien y esta actividad era muy exigente... Con 9 años empecé a practicar esgrima gracias a mi padre (lleva 18 años practicándola y es realmente bueno). Hasta este momento, la esgrima es mi deporte favorito.

Hi! My name is Telmo and I live with a very active family in sports. When I was 5 I started being interested in sports. I usually went with my father and my dogs for a run in the mountain. Then, when I was 6 I had a break from running and I started riding my bike.

Two years later, I started playing football but I didn´t like it very much because I just wanted to have fun and it was really demanding...

When I was 9, I started practising fencing thanks to my dad (he is very good at this sport and he has practised it for 18 years). Up to now, this is my favourite sport.

Mi nombre es Alba y os voy a contar mi relación con el deporte. Con 7-8 años comencé a practicar diferentes juegos y deportes con una amiga de clase los sábados por la mañana. Cuando tenía 8 años empecé a jugar a baloncesto con algunos compañeros de clase. Jugué durante 3 años y en la última temporada tuve la oportunidad de participar en el "Campus Baskonia" ¡Fue realmente divertido!
Ahora juego a tenis de mesa. Entreno dos días por semana y una vez al mes competimos contra otras escuelas. También suelo ir con mis padres a nadar a la piscina. ¡Me encantan todos los deportes!

My name is Alba and this is my relationship with the sports. When I was 7-8 years old I practised different games and sports with a class friend on Saturday mornings.

When I was 8 I started playing basketball with some friends of my class. I played basketball for 3 years. In my last season, I had the opportunity to participate in "Baskonia Camp". It was really fun!

Nowadays, I am playing table tennis. I train twice a week (on Monday and Wednesday) and we compete once a month .

I also go to the swimmingpool with my parents. I enjoy all types of sport.

¡Hola a todos! Me llamo Mikel y tengo 11 años. Desde siempre, el fútbol ha sido mi deporte preferido. Cuando tenía 4 años comencé a jugar con mi padre y con unos amigos. A los 8 años empecé a jugar en el equipo del colegio con otros compañeros de clase. Me lo pasé muy bien.

En el año 2014 el Club Aurrera me invitó a participar en un torneo. Jugué bastante bien y contactaron con mi padre porque querían que jugase para ellos. Disfruté mucho la experiencia, pero con el paso del tiempo comencé a aburrirme.

Ahora juego a pelota mano. He hecho muchos nuevos amigos y no se me da nada mal. El día de mi debut perdí el partido pero jugué bastante bien y el público me aplaudió bastante.

Hi everyone! My name is Mikel and I am 11 years old. For as long as I can remember, football has been my favourite sport. When I was 4 years old I started playing football with my father and with some friends. I was the goalkeeper!

When I was 8 I started playing for Carmelitas Football Team with other children of my class. I had a very good time.

In 2014 Aurrera invited me to take part in a tounament with them. I played really well and Aurrera got in touch with my father because they wanted me to play for them. I enjoyed the experience but over time, I began to get bored.

Nowadays I play "pelota mano". I have many new friends and I am not bad at playing it. In my debut I lost the match but I played really well and the public applauded.
